Staff and ranks
The ranks you will see in game, what staff may do and how to report a problem or appeal.
Ranks
| Rank | What it means |
|---|---|
| Player | Everybody. |
| Supporter | A player who supports the server. Gets an icon and cosmetic perks only, never an advantage in the game. |
| Temp mod | A junior moderator. Handles simple problems such as spam. |
| Moderator | Enforces the rules: mutes, jails and short bans, and can send a stuck player home. |
| Admin | Runs the server and can issue permanent bans. |
| Owner | Runs the project. |
Ranks show as an icon in front of the name in chat and on the highscores. Staff never asks for your password.
What staff will not do
- Staff do not give items or levels to players. Anything staff spawn for testing never reaches other players.
- Staff trades and value transfers are logged and checked.
- All punishments are logged and can be reviewed.
Report a problem
- In Discord, use the report button in #how-to-report. Describe what happened and add screenshots.
- Bugs go to #bug-reports in Discord, not to the report button.
Appeal a punishment
Open an appeal ticket in Discord (button in #how-to-report). The rules list the punishment steps.
