Requirements

Skill levels are only warned about when you start: the quest tells you if one of your levels is lower than needed to finish it, and a step you lack the level for cannot be completed.

Walkthrough

1. Talk to Councillor Halgrive in West Ardougne and accept the quest
2. Buy the protective suit, get poisoned animal feed from Doctor Orbon and Farmer Brumty
3. Herd the four plague sheep into the pen with the poison
4. Burn the sheep bones in the furnace and tell Halgrive

These are the main steps. Talk to the NPCs again if you are unsure, and use the approved Quest Helper plugin for every detail.
