Requirements

Skill levels are only warned about when you start: the quest tells you if one of your levels is lower than needed to finish it, and a step you lack the level for cannot be completed.

Walkthrough

1. Finish Black Knights' Fortress, then talk to Sir Amik Varze in Falador Castle (2960 3336, top floor) and agree to be put forward
2. Drop everything at the bank (empty inventory, nothing worn) and talk to Sir Tiffy Cashien in Falador park (2997 3373); say you are ready
3. Sir Tinley: let him give the clue 'Patience', wait about 8 seconds without doing anything, then talk to him again
4. Sir Spishyus: carry the fox, chicken and grain across the bridge one at a time (never leave fox+chicken or chicken+grain alone): chicken over, grain over, bring the chicken back, fox over, chicken over; drop each item on the far bank
5. Sir Ren Itchood: ask for clues and read the first letter of each line; at the door enter the four letter word (the clue words here always spell BITE)
6. Miss Cheevers: search every bookcase, shelf, crate and chest. Burn the handle off the metal spade on the Bunsen burner, wedge it in the stone door, use cupric sulfate and then a vial of liquid on the door. Make the key: vial of liquid and gypsum in the tin, press it on the chained key, add tin ore powder, cupric ore powder, heat it on the burner, carve it with the knife; use the key on the exit door
7. Sir Kuam Ferentse: pick up the steel weapons (floor, south of the entrance); Sir Leye cannot be finished off with a blade, so kill him with the steel warhammer (or unarmed)
8. Talk to Sir Tiffy Cashien in Falador park to be welcomed into the Temple Knights

These are the main steps. Talk to the NPCs again if you are unsure, and use the approved Quest Helper plugin for every detail.
