Requirements

Skill levels are only warned about when you start: the quest tells you if one of your levels is lower than needed to finish it, and a step you lack the level for cannot be completed.

Walkthrough

1. Talk to Gertrude west of Varrock and accept the quest
2. Pay Wilough and Shilop (100 coins), then give the cat a bucket of milk
3. Give the cat a sardine and find the kittens upstairs in the lumber yard
4. Return to Gertrude

These are the main steps. Talk to the NPCs again if you are unsure, and use the approved Quest Helper plugin for every detail.
