Requirements
Skill levels are only warned about when you start: the quest tells you if one of your levels is lower than needed to finish it, and a step you lack the level for cannot be completed.
Walkthrough
- Talk to Brother Kojo at the Clock Tower and accept the quest
- Collect four cog wheels and place each on the right pole in the tower
- Report back to Brother Kojo
These are the main steps. Talk to the NPCs again if you are unsure, and use the approved Quest Helper plugin for every detail.
