Raid fixes, staff login message and Construction window

Construction: the furniture menu is now a proper window in the middle of the screen, with icon, level and materials.
Staff login: when a Moderator, Administrator, Owner or Co-owner logs in, everyone online sees an orange message with their crown.
Raid teleports: the Minigames teleport now lands you next to the party board of the Chambers of Xeric, Theatre of Blood and Fractured Archive.

Shift-click drop is switched on once for every character (you can turn it off in the settings tab).
Chambers of Xeric: the entrance asks you to make or join a party on the party board first, like the other raids.

Theatre of Blood: the Maiden, Sotetseg, Xarpus and Verzik stand on their own spots, no black tiles under blood, acid and lightning, 10 Nylocas waves, Verzik's three pillars, and one big reward chest per player.
Chambers of Xeric: the stone doors and tunnels between chambers work, you no longer walk through walls, and the boss mechanics are drawn.
Fractured Archive: the reward room puts you on the island, and the Guardian laser, Ezekiel and the Smorks have their own graphics.
Tombs of Amascut: the bosses stay on their spot, Zebak marks one safe tile, and the crystal after a fight can be reached.
Fishing Trawler and Zalcano: better Fishing xp at the end of a round, and Zalcano's imbued tephra throws from a distance.
