Raid fixes round two and a new restart day

Changes

• Weekly restart: the server restarts on Monday at 12:00 US Eastern, right when the Bonus Weekend ends, with the usual 30 minute timer above the chatbox.

Fixes

• Theatre of Blood: Bloat, Sotetseg, Xarpus and Verzik have their attacks on the right tiles, Xarpus really turns, the skeleton drops the Dawnbringer (its special always hits Verzik for 100) and the reward chests face the right way.
• Chambers of Xeric: the party window lists each player once, the stone doors and the magical barrier before the Great Olm work, and the room mechanics are drawn.
• Tombs of Amascut: no more black floors in the Akkha room and the first Wardens room.
• All raids: "Bank all" in the reward chest now takes noted items too.

Keep the notes coming with ::t or the red Report button.
