Revision 241 and the new Sailing skill

Please restart the PrivatePS launcher once. It downloads the new game files (a few minutes). The old client can no longer log in. Your characters, items, bank and progress are kept.

New

• Revision 241. The game now runs on the newest Old School revision: new client, newer RuneLite (1.13) and 117 HD, the new music tab and the new skill guides window.
• Sailing. The 24th skill has its slot in the stats tab and counts for your total level. First slice: talk to Shipwright Sam at the Port Sarim docks, take the Sea Trial raft out to the Bay of Sarim and sail to the four buoys for Sailing experience. Real boats follow later.
• The Fractured Archive teleport (raids category). The raid itself is not built yet.

Changes

• The teleport window now uses the original quest guide window, with Favourites and Recent.
• Tithe Farm rewards are a plain points shop. Skill guides use the original floating window.
• The bank window still shows 4000 slots; buying the extra 2000 comes in a later update.
• Mouse wheel zoom works on the new client; client error dialogs have a Discord button; spiral staircases work again.
