Real Old School windows for more minigames, wearable capes and a full bank

• Real windows for minigames. Tithe Farm's reward window, the Brimhaven Agility Arena ticket exchange, the Blast Furnace temperature gauge and furnace plan, the Pyramid Plunder score scroll, the Fishing Trawler "How to play" window and the Tempoross statistics window now open as the original Old School interfaces.
• Point shops. Guardians of the Rift (Apprentice Felix) and Mahogany Homes rewards use the real shop window with their own points.
• Max capes can be worn. The 24 skill 200M XP capes, trimmed capes and hoods equip with the Max cape bonuses.
• Colosseum. Walking no longer closes the between-waves window, it opens after the last monster is gone, and the Colosseum master in the arena reopens it.

Fixes

• Bank: the whole 5x bank is visible now, not just the first 1,220 slots.
• Dropping items can no longer duplicate an item.
• Tithe Farm: the Gricoller's can holds 1,000 charges and auto-weed works.
