Faster boats, a crew window and the PrivatePS wiki

PrivatePS wiki: a full guide at privateps.com/wiki with a newcomer guide, how to get any item with drop rates, boss drop tables, money making and a page for every skill. It replaces the old guides.
Sailing crew window: hire and dismiss your crew in a proper window (talk to the Crew Registrar, or type ::crew on a boat).
Sailing control panel: at the helm a small panel shows your heading, speed, autopilot and the nearest port, with buttons to stop, resume the autopilot, dock and leave.

Faster boats: every boat is 2.5 times faster, and docking and buoys still count.
Steering and salvage: taking the wheel plays the steering animation, and Deploy on the salvaging hook sails to the nearest wreck or salvages at once.
RuneLite hiscores: the HiScore panel now looks up PrivatePS players only, not the real Old School hiscores (update your launcher once).

The Toxic blowpipe takes Zulrah's scales again.
God Wars Dungeon: the entrance hole and the Saradomin ropes work.
Castle Wars: the Attack option on enemies is resent so it no longer goes missing.
